Dennis Quaid’s third wife, Kimberly Buffington-Quaid, filed for divorce

Duri News - After nearly eight years of marriage, Kimberly Buffington-Quaid filed for divorce to husband Dennis Quaid. She is also asking for spousal support and attorney's fees.

"The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities... that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation," according to the documents filed by Kimberly.

The couple had an agreement for a temporary custody, giving each other time with their kids. While Kimberly has custody of their main home.

"We can confirm that Kimberly Quaid has filed for divorce," a rep for the actor told the site. "Contrary to what has been reported, a satisfactory settlement is being worked out for both parties."

Quaid-Buffington and their twins just move in to texas last year saying, "L.A. has been good to us, but at this point in my life I'm ready to try something new."

Dennis and Kimberly married in 2004. Quaid, who was previously married to actress Meg Ryan and split in 2001 after 10 years. He also married his first wife P.J. Soles, divorcing in 1983.

Duri News - March 11, 2012: Anyone who watches Game Of Thrones is used to seeing a lot of Emilia Clarke. For those of us who don't, GQ Magazine will bless our eyes with young Miss Clarke.

Emilia Clarke is an British actress. She was born in 1987 in London, United Kingdom and grew up in Berkshire. Her interest in acting began at the age of three after seeing the musical Show Boat which her father was working on at the time. She attended Oxford's St Edward's and Rye St Antony before studying at Drama Centre London where she graduated in 2009.

Clarke is best known for her role as Daenerys Targaryen in the HBO series Game of Thrones. Her early work includes two plays at St. Edwards, ten plays at Drama Centre London, the 2009 Company of Angels production of Sense and a 2009 commercial for Samaritans. Clarke's first television roles were Saskia Mayer in a 2009 episode of Doctors and Savannah in SyFy's 2010 movie Triassic Attack. Though, her big break came when she in the HBO medieval fantasy series Game of Thrones which is based on the book series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin.

Clarke was cast as a replacement to fellow British actress Tamzin Merchant who dropped out of the pilot for undisclosed reasons. Game of Thrones debuted in April 2011 to rave to positive reviews, depending on which critic one follows. It was quickly picked up, due to the show's popularity, for a second season. Clarke took the 2011 EWwy Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama for her role as Daenerys.

How is Demi Moore doing after rehab

Duri News - Demi Moore is recovering and already looking forward to working again as mentioned by some close sources. Moore had been lying low since she got admitted to the rehab. Nothing had been heard of her up till now.

Recently, Rumer Willis, Demi Moore's daughter, was spotted at the red carpet at the Miami International Film Festival and even though she was quite open about other things, she was hushed-up about how Demi Moore was doing post-rehab.

Willis blatantly ignored a question by a reporter when he asked about the health of her mother. When the question was posed to her, Rumer Willis simply turned away, indicating that she did not want to answer that question.

Demi Moore had a serious health crisis when in January she had seizures and had to be taken to hospital. Moore had not only been experimenting with drugs, but she was also getting thinner with every passing day.

Even Ashton Kutcher has been keeping quiet about his ex-wife since her admittance to the rehab, but according to some sources, he has been visiting her from time to time.

"He came to her house to see her for about an hour and a half," a source told reporters. According to the same source, Ashton Kutcher was accompanied by three male companions on that day.

When asked why Ashton Kutcher had gone to visit Demi Moore, he said that he did it because "he knew it was important to her daughters," referring to Rumer, 23, Scout, 20, and Tallulah, 18. However, some people maintain that the three daughters are not concerned about Ashton Kutcher anymore, whom they once used to call as "the other dad."

A source added that there were no chances of the two getting back together, since Ashton Kutcher was having a ball of a time with his current girlfriend, Lorene Scafaria.

Justin Bieber's Mom Writing a Memoir

Duri News - Justin Bieber's mom is telling her story.

Pattie Mallette, Bieber's mother has signed with Revell to write "Nowhere But Up: The Story of Justin Bieber's Mom," the publishing company announced today. He is writing the foreword to the book for his mom. It will be released on Sept. 18.

In addition to writing about her famous offspring, Mallette will detail her own story of youthful abuse, trauma, and addiction that included a suicide attempt at seventeen. She will also write about how she turned her life around when she found herself single and pregnant with Justin.

Mallette hopes her story will inspire other women in similar circumstances. "I want them to see that no matter how desperate their circumstances may be, they can have hope for a better future," says Mallette. She plans to donate a portion of the book's proceeds to charity.

"Pattie's story is a powerful example of courage and determination that will inspire anyone who has faced struggles in life," added Jennifer Leep, editorial director for Revell. "She's living proof that even in the darkest of places, there is always room for hope."

Justin Bieber published his first book, "First Step 2 Forever: My Story," in October 2010, and it went on to sell more than a million copies in 25 languages. His second book, "Justin Bieber: Just Getting Started," is also scheduled for publication in September.

Today Mallette helps manage her son's career and supports efforts to help troubled young women.

A.J. Gregory will serve as Mallette's co-writer. She is represented on the book deal by Fedd & Company.

John Frusciante Won't Attend Rock Hall Induction of Chili Peppers

Duri News - Drummer Chad Smith tells Billboard.com he, bassist Flea and guitarist Josh Klinghoffer got together in Los Angeles during the group's time off the road -- which pushed back the start of the North American leg of its world tour to promote 2011's Grammy Award-nominated "I'm With You."

"We just rehearsed and came up with some ideas and new song ideas and stuff and played together for two weeks, and it was really fun," Smith reports. "It came out great -- flowing and really natural and like we've been playing together a lot, which we have. We sent (Kiedis) CDs and he's like, 'I love this stuff! It sounds great. I love the new jams.' That's just good for everything; it's good for morale, it's good for the future. The future is bright.

So does that mean the next Chili Peppers album will appear in less than the five years between "I'm With You" and 2006's "Stadium Arcadium," or the four years between that and 2002's "By The Way?" "I think so -- I hope so, at least," Smith says. "Normally in Chili Peppers world we never really had this much of a kind of break in a tour. Before, if we had a month off, we would never get together and write song ideas; we always wrote songs when it was time for an album cycle. But everyone just wanted to play. It was great; I came to town, 'Hey guys, I'm gonna be here for two weeks. You want to get together and play?' and everyone was like, 'Yeah! Let's play!' So that bodes well for the future."

That said, Smith expects the group to be on the road for most of the rest of this year. With Kiedis "on the mend," the Chili Peppers hit the road again on March 29 in Tampa, Fla., before heading to Europe in June, with some U.S. make-up dates in August and in the fall. So a new album certainly isn't likely until the end of 2013 at the earliest.

Meanwhile, the Chili Peppers are also prepping for the release of a another single from "I'm With You" ("Brendan's Death Song") as well as the group's April 14 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Smith says the group, which on that night will also include past drummers Jack Irons and Cliff Martinez, will perform at the ceremony as well as host a private party the night before the inductions. Guitarist John Frusciante, however, will not be attending.

"He didn't feel comfortable coming, which we totally respect," Smith says. "We asked him... He said, 'I'm just not really comfortable with that, but good luck and thanks for inviting me.' It was all good. He's the kind of guy, I think, that once he's finished with something he's just on to the next phase of his life. The Chili Peppers are not really on his radar right now."

But, Smith adds, that won't dampen the celebration in Cleveland. "I'm very pleased about it," he says. "Music's not a competition. Yeah, you like to win Grammys and stuff, but (the Rock Hall) is different. It's not like the flavor of the month or the flavor of the year; it's for a long career we've been fortunate enough to have. I'm very humbled, because the people who are in there...it's not a joke. It's very cool. So we're looking forward to it. It'll be a fun thing. There's no pressure, like, 'Are we gonna win?,' none of that s***. We can just go and have a good time and celebrate with our friends and our families and our fans.

LaValle told me in January that the pint-size GTLer had been trying on $500,000 engagement rings.

“Jionni made me take it off,” Snooki admitted. “He was like, ‘Don’t even think about it.’ It was like this big and sparkly and amazing ring. I just want a big one.”

Snooki and JWoww, who are currently filming their spinoff about getting an apartment together in Jersey City, have also said they’d like to have a double wedding…maybe. “But I feel like we’d be bridezillas and be like, ‘It’s my time now—not yours!’ ” Snooki said.

Meanwhile, Rihanna gave away the real reason for her performing at the Brit Awards last month. She disclosed that she did so as she wanted to see her idol Adele. Speaking at Saturday night’s ‘Jonathan Ross Show’ Rihanna shockingly declared that she had come to the “Brits to stalk Adele.”

According to her, it had nothing to do with the awards or the performance, for her it was just an opportunity see Adele again. She then went on to gush that Adele did not know the depth of her affection, all she knew was the surface aspect.

Gaga topped fellow pop icon Britney Spears in August of 2010 to become the most-followed person on Twitter. Currently, Spears has 13.5 million Twitter followers — roughly 6.5 million less than Gaga.

While Spears occasionally posts personal tweets, her account is largely maintained by her management team. Gaga has claimed to personally maintain her Twitter account and regularly uses it to interact with fans, share original pictures and make announcements. After passing Spears, Gaga then dubbed herself the “Queen of Twitter,” and has retained the title ever since.

The top 5 most-followed people on Twitter are all musicians. Lady Gaga (20 million followers), Justin Bieber (18 million followers), Katy Perry (15.7 million followers), Shakira (14.5 million followers) and Rihanna (14.4 million followers) top the Twitter charts.

While Bieber tweets much more often than Gaga does, statistics from twittercounter.com suggest Gaga’s Twitter crown isn’t in any immediate danger of being overtaken by Bieber. Gaga’s daily Twitter growth rate is consistently higher than Bieber’s — keeping her lead safe.

Lindsay Lohan appeared in some of the famous Disney characters whilst hosting "Saturday Night Live" for the third time. In the sketch titled "The Real Housewives of Disney", Lohan played Rapunzel, who's ready to come down from the tower and into the spotlight.

Lindsay Lohan appeared quite overwhelmed to be on the show. Her exact words were, "I feel lucky and grateful to be here tonight and that's why I really want to thank all of my friends at 'SNL' who trusted me enough to have me back. This studio feels like home to me," then suddenly, a mock "house arrest" style alarm sounded when she started to move. "Wait, so the alarm goes off if I leave the stage? I thought it was if I left the studio!" she said to supportive laughs.

Keenan Thompson was soon by her side, pretending to check her eyes for dilation. Lohan said she could just as easily be checking him, to which he replied, "Oh, I'll save you the trouble! I've been stoned since 'Good Burger!' " Kristen Wiig was out next. "I do get the feeling that everybody thinks I'm going to screw something up," Lohan told the "Bridesmaids" star.

"Everybody believes in you," Wiig said. "We wouldn't have you back otherwise." The audience applauded those lines pretty loudly. Then Wiig immediately pretended to pat the host down, jokingly explaining, "I'm a lesbian now."

"Been there done that," Lohan replied.

He also said, “You’re the same little girl who stole our hearts in 'The Parent Trap,' you're the teenager who dazzled us in 'Mean Girls”.

Katy Perry dons black and blue for Paris Fashion Week

Duri News - Katy Perry was all in black and two shades of blue as she attended the Viktor & Rolf Ready-To-Wear Fall/Winter 2012 show for Paris Fashion Week at the Espace Ephemere Tuileries on March 3, 2012 in Paris, France.

The 27-year-old songstress donned a cobalt blue coat with large lapels and cut-out scroll patterns that were filled with black netting.

The black sheath underneath was similarly embellished with turquoise scroll shapes with a black netting overly, which matched her turquoise hair that seems to be fading a bit these days. Looks like a touch-up is due, perhaps in the cobalt blue this time, why not?

Katy also accessorized with opaque black tights and cobalt blue suede pumps that matched her coat perfectly, if not her dress, which matched her hair.

On her shoulder she wore a most unusual bag, by French designer Christian Louboutin called the pilule bag, in blue an white that looks like a capsule, with a shoulder length chain and Louboutin written on the white side in dark blue and 500 mg written on the blue side in red.

A closeup of the singer revealed black musical note earrings and trendy black wrap-around glasses completed her look, along with a pale pink lipstick and a French knot hairstyle.

When the shades came off, Katy revealed that her dusty blue eyes had been played up with a smoky-eye makeup.

Katy Perry also enjoyed the fashions from the runway at the Viktor & Rolf Fall 2012 show sitting next to American model and DJ Leigh Lezark.

Kardashian sisters sued for $5 million over ineffective diet pills

Duri News - The Kardashian sisters always come up with new ways to stay in the media spotlight and this time around they have caused a stir with the QuickTrim diet pills. It has been revealed that the media-loving sisters are reportedly facing a $5 million lawsuit because the pills have been found to be ineffective.

According to reports, a lawsuit was filed by the law firm Bursor & Fisher on behalf of four angry customers against the Kardashian sisters - Kim, Kourtney and Khloe – in the federal court of New York. The plaintiffs who live in New York, California and Florida stated in their lawsuit that the QuickTrim diet pills endorsed by the Kardashian sisters were “false, misleading and unsubstantiated.”

It is said that the so-called slimming pills contain a large dose of caffeine mixed with herbal ingredients. TMZ.com reported that the customers claimed that caffeine, the main ingredient of the weight-loss products’ formula, is not an effective or safe diet treatment according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

“In reality, QuickTrim’s main ingredient is a large dose of caffeine, which the FDA has determined is not a safe or effective treatment for weight control,” the lawsuit said.

The diet product is “marketed by the defendants as a clinically proven formula that will increase metabolism, curb appetite and promote weight loss,” according to the court documents.

The customers also said in the suit they simply would not have brought the products if they were aware that they contained caffeine, adding that the Kardashian sisters lied in their testimonies regarding the product. The plaintiffs noted that all of QuickTrim’s ads “generally feature...photos of one or more of the Kardashian sisters in a bikini or other revealing attire.”

The Kardashian sisters have been endorsing QuickTrim since 2009. Kim, who has more than 13.5 million followers on social networking site twitter, once wrote on Twitter that, “Our QuickTrim cleanse will be massive! Khloe has already lost so much weight."

The reality TV diva tweeted last June: "Starting QuickTrim today. It's officially summer. I want to really get in fab shape! Whose with me?"

QuickTrim is meant to “detoxify and clean” the body which in turn helps in weight loss. However, according to a study published in the "Journal of Family Practice," it was found that colon cleansing could actually be harmful to your body and that there is no evidence to suggest that it would actually help you lose weight. It was also revealed that QuickTrim is basically just a mix of stimulants, laxatives, and diuretics.
